My 2020 mountain bike edit

It's actually a lifetime warranty on their website for the rear triangle.

It's currently in the shop, and we'll see what happens; I haven't heard anything back yet.


The ski season is currently in full swing still! 9-12 inches yesterday in the mountains, 2 feet forecasted for Tuesday into Wednesday, and a full blown drenching of rain this week for the lowlands.

That's good then as it'll give you some time before the trails start getting cluttered with other riders.

Lifetime usually is similar in the tense that certain items may still be excluded. Although that metal on the triangle shouldn't be fissured from riding. Our bikes go through quite a bit of stress testing before they're even passed to final QC. I've never seen it.

I'd get a copy of the bike shop bill, clean up the area that was damaged and check to see what percentage may be covered under a reimbursement policy.
