Well, I've been expecting this puppy for a little over a week now. I was starting to despair of it ever arriving when my roomie said on his way to bed a minute ago, "Oh yeah this came for you today." Behold!

I'm overjoyed. I'm also out of AAs, so no pics with my chubby ass in it until tomorrow at the earliest, but I now have a 2nd button to put on my beret to balance out the "No Fun At All" button I've been wearing. Woot!

Yes, if you'll recall my FIRST clever tshirt was the G Dubya "I bet you'll vote this time, hippie" shirt from tshirt hell. I like the spoiler shirt better. I am SO ready to get even more shit from my "liberal" friends over this. BRING IT ON!

If that spoiler shirt didn't have Nader's name on it, I'd buy it. I very much like the concept of third parties and supporting them, but I'm not exactly a big fan of Nader's. Besides, that would only date the shirt and make it irrelevant after November.

I disagree! The messages are totally relevant. And Ralph will probably run again in 2008. Besides which, I have the utmost respect for Mr. Nader as a model of civic duty and perhaps the last person trying to make our nation live up to the promises and responsibilities that our government has to us, the people, not them, the corporations.

I don't disagree with you there. I'm just not sure I want to deal with people coming up to me and giving me crap about supporting Nader when I primarily only support his dedication and role in politics, not so much his policies.

I might still grab it. Someone pointed it out to me a couple weeks ago and I was tempted. At the very least it's sure to start up some conversations with random people.

I think that the more people TALK about the stuff that is really going to effect our nation, the better. I don't see anything bad out of wearing a shirt like this, and almost all of my friends with a few notable exceptions are "liberals" who have continuously given me shit about supporting Ralph. Can't wait to get their sorry asses riled up when they see this!

True enough. That settles it then, I'll order it tomorrow. Heh, why the hell not?
