More chihuahua love. Here's Lilo, rescued off the streets. She loves it when we play with toys.

Poor thing went from half-blind to fully blind recently, but she's still as adorable as she's ever been.

May I ask what caused the blindness? Age? I worry what lies in the future for my pug. I mean he is super healthy at 6, but I just wonder.

Awh.

I can't have a dog or a cat.

I live in a small apartment and have a stupid schedule that keeps changing, they wouldn't be happy.

She was half-blind since she was a puppy due to a direct injury to her eye. We've been told the blindness in the other eye was due to age. She's 9-going-on-10.

She was also suffering from some ear infections last year, which started impairing her balance... she's been kind of a mess recently. And she's been slow to adjust to her new way of living, which has caused her to put on weight.

...Meanwhile, our 13-year-old golden retriever mix is as healthy as ever. Whether your dog ages well or not always seems to be a 50/50.

I don't have a picture of my King Charles Cavalier but I'm pretty sure that they were voted as the cutest dogs on the planet by God. Don't quote me.

Yeah he was a great dog, miss him every day! I will definately get a new dog down the road, thinking of getting a samoyed. Spitz dogs are my favorite!
It took us about three years to get over the loss of our last akita, but we eventually realized that it was time again. Life's better with a dog.

Thanks. Good to know.
I had a mutt of some sort, lived to 14. Zero problems up until his death :( .
