My Dell Inspiron 8600's sound card has failed me. Again. For the third time. I purchased the warranty when I purchased this comp in 02/2003, but now Dell is arguing with me over it. The warranty clearly states that when the same problem occurs for the third time; that I have the option of having my whole computer replaced. I don't know why they sold me the warranty if they aren't going to live up to their end of the agreement. I am currently talking with the english-impaired Indian customer service tech.
