These events won't come to us in LA unfortunately, we have to wait for someone who can do us a favor and give us one.

If you don't find one, try to look for one on eBay, they seems to sell them on about $4 or $5.

I'm looking for one too.

You would think that they would be told to only give one per person haha. I went and got mine today to make sure I would get one.

Very occasional they put something up without announcing it. I remember that it has happened before but I don't remember when it was and regardless they ended up announcing it before the end of the event. As for whether you missed an event, here is the list of NA region Nintendo Network events for Gen 6. Note that it has upcoming ones as well.

Got my Darkrai from EB :) I forgot about it but I bought something there and the girl had the cards taped on her shirt. I swear I was only looking at the cards.
 
Got my Darkrai codes today from Gamestop, one for me and one for my daughters game.

When do the legendary birds come out? like in about a week with the new Pokemon newsletter? I think Im signed up for it, I get the one with all the info and used to have the free pack codes for the card game right?

One last thing, I have two unscratched US Mew cards left. I missed out on Hoopa. Does anyone have an official, non-hacked Hoopa for trade for one? was the only way you can get him from a give away?

I have a spare legit Hoopa you can have for a Mew. Let me know when you're available. And yeah, giveaway was back in November IIRC.
 
So wait, how quickly are these codes going to run out? I'm not going to have the time to stop by a GameStop for a few days, the closest one to me is pretty out of the way (and I'm still annoyed that they have these distributions there instead of on Wi-Fi).
 
I haven't been keeping up with the thread so I'm going to say for the presumed new page:

If you need a Jirachi, I can get you a WISHMKR Jirachi, no mythical trade required. Just PM me and I'll get one for you by the end of the next day (until this Wednesday evening).
If you would like to trade a mythical for it, I would be more than happy to accept it but know it's not required.

EDIT: I have people that had previously asked me to get Jirachis for them and haven't followed up with me so I actually have 2 Jirachis just waiting for a new owner. If you are one of those people, please PM me so we can exchange FCs and set a time to do the trade.
 
The Zygarde has finally been announced. It'll end on the 26th in Europe and the 8th in NA.

Additionally in NA Shiny Xerneas will be distributed via Nintendo Network from the 11th until the 17th and Shiny Yveltal from the 20th through the 26th.

Apart from the previously mentioned Spanish distribution of Shiny Yveltal, no Shiny Yveltal or Shiny Xerneas distributions have been announced for Europe.

Shiny Xerenas and Yveltal do sound nice, it kinda sucks they have removed the chance to catch them naturally shiny though.

Managed to get my hands on two extra Darkrai. Will trade for either Celebi or Jirachi (missed both of them because I forgot the month ended on the 24th...)

I also have an extra Mew that I will trade for either of those!

2) Quote me with your guess of my 2nd favorite pokemon
3) You only get one pick; basically choose from 1-721; the pokemon name will be nice as well
4) Since these are new codes everyone is welcome to enter
