That is just normal shipping garbage. Unless you are in my neighborhood and get something shipped with UPS, then that is pretty accurate.
 
I talked to Amazon customer support about the status sitting at "Shipping Now". The representative on the other line said there was nothing to worry about, and the reason it's sitting at the status is because there are special instructions for the particular location. Glad it's all cleared up.

Also, can anyone explain the UPS process to me? Do I need to be around to sign for the package?
 
Mine is en route to the UPS shipping center aka it's still sitting in Amazon's South Carolina warehouse.

Though I'm always having overnight shipments update the day of delivery that they're out for delivery, so no worries from me.

I should have it by noon tomorrow! I'm glad it's being delivered early, otherwise I was going to have the local customer center hold it for pickup.
 
My amazon order vibrated my phone about 4am I peeked over and said it was in AZ somewhere; I smiled and went back to sleep.

Oh man I can't believe I slept into 10am, but it will help going to tonight launch party at best buy. Cant pull those late nighters like I use to. So use to getting up 5am for work
 
Yes. Got my email from amazon saying that it's shipping. Anyone know if stores are already selling the PS4 version of ACIV? I should have just ordered it from Amazon, but I was waiting on some launch game reviews before making my final decision on what game to pick up.
 
Mine finally hit "preparing to ship" this morning.

I contacted Amazon.com to see if I could get my shipment expedited now, since there was no worry that it would place me in the end of the line, but was told that they couldn't change it at this point. But what really worries me is.... they told me they are shipping it through FEDEX.
FEDEX is just so horrible with packages normally. I fear I will now get a day 1 brick.

weird, mine has been shipped for 14 hours now. But there is still no tracking info.

When it first shipped, I saw that it was coming from Phoenix, AZ going to the Bay Area. Now when I go to look, on Amazon and UPS, the origin is not listed anywhere now.

where does it say that? Cant find that info anymore. I saw it when it first shipped though.
 
I'm screwed... my order won't arrive until the 19th because I changed my payment this morning, but it's still in "preparing for shipment" status (Seattle). Bleh...

I'm not getting my "Launch Day" until either the 20-22nd.... When they downgraded my Watchdogs Bundle to the Launch Day Edition, they didn't transfer over the 2 day shipping and instead, put it as standard shipping. Did 2 phone calls and basically a chat every day to see if they could change it and guarantee that I wouldn't lose my "place in line", which they never could. So now I have a controller and 5 games just poking at me for a good week.
I just sure hope FedEX doesn't fuck my package up. Most of the packages I get from FedEX are always dented and in poor looking condition.
 
Mine has been in transit since yesterday morning from Sumner WA to Reno NV . I wonder if that means it'll just come tomorrow perhaps today.
 
I don't know what irks me more.

The fact my order is still sitting at "preparing to ship" or that everyone I know who's in Las Vegas is getting theirs today, despite the obvious Amazon attempts to not have this happen yet it's quite widespread. I'm so salty.
 
I got a call earlier this morning and the automated voice message said my package will be delayed. WTF? This happen to anyone else?

I hope by delayed they mean instead of 2PM maybe 6ish. Because if I don't get it Friday there will be some serious table flipping.

FYI: I pre-ordered my PS4 on E3.
 
Sometimes it's good to live in Arkansas (next to Memphis, big shipping hub). Mine shipped and is already in Little Rock at UPS!

Wondering if there's some way I can go pick it up tonight....
 
Quick question to others that got the Battlefield PS Plus Bundle, did you also get an Amazon code for 12 months of PS Plus in your email too too?

Copy in the email: "The Amazon Video Games team thanks you for purchasing a PlayStation 4 PlayStation Plus bundle. Your purchase has qualified you for a 12 month subscription of PlayStation Plus."

Trying to figure if I'm just getting 1 or 2 years of PSN courtesy of Amazon being awesome?
