NA GAF - Post your PS4 shipment info!

So, I posted this in the other thread, but Canada Post Tracking says mine have been delivered, but the package is not here, neither is a slip. Has anybody else had this happen and have the package show up after??? Did Canada Post steal my PS4?

So I just got my Killzone PS+ Bundle!

But... I don't see my PS+? Am I missing something here? I don't have the card thing in the box (and no invoice, either).

Anyone else missing it?
 
Just speaking to one of those amazon people and they just told me that my PS4 wont be here till Tuesday at 12pm PST. Not happy.

Told them if they are late with my xbox one then I am not using them again. I am a prime member also.
 
Still out for delivery....but they usually come around 3-4pm here.

So, In the mean time Im playing War Thunder (which is farking awesome, its the Call of Duty of WWII flight combat games) and leveling up in prep for playing it on my big screen soon.

If it gets here after my kids get home, I wont even unbox it till after 9pm.

If anyone did 2-day shipping via Amazon and got their PS4 today, can you PM me? If you share with me your tracking #, Amazon will change my shipping speed for a possible Saturday delivery.

So like many of you, I too was f5'ing like a madman in june on Amazon during the Playstation showing. Got my order in. Month's go by. Excitement is crazy by now. I take a couple vacation day's at work, For today(launch day) and Saturday. I look this morning to see the status. It say's "out for delivery in Las Vegas". I don't live there. And.... Returning to sender.

I start a chat with Amazon customer service, And It turns out. UPS FU3king destroyed my PS4 on a truck somehow! WTF!!! No PS4 For me today.

They're STILL giving you trouble about switching it to Saturday delivery? I have no faith that the CS rep I talked to will actually handle it and get me switched to Saturday either.
 
My package shipped from KY last night around 10pm and it was in my hands this morning in SC at around 9:30am. Wow, less than 12 hours.

They all claim that no one got a PS4 today if they did 2-day delivery. The only way anyone got a PS4 today was if they did 1-day/overnight because nothing was shipped until midnight.

Uh what...I am an Amazon Prime member, preordered like 10 minutes after the conference and the ONLY option I ever had was 2 day shipping. I never got a 1 day shipping option. What do you need from me to help you in your quest sir?
 
Still waiting. It has been past the approximate time of delivery and to make it worse, I saw an UPS truck pass by 30 minutes ago.

Get over here already. The day is almost gone!

I know! The rep asked me for a tracking # that was 2-day shipping & arrived today to prove to him such an event was happening. He claimed it was impossible.

I've talked with 3 via chat and one on phone. Two on chat said it was shipping today & would be delivered today by 8pm - no idea how such a thing is possible. The third and phone rep said it will come Tuesday because I chose 2day shipping. Refused Saturday delivery because they said no one got it today unless they chose to overnight the order.
 
Wow, thanks for all the kind words guys. I figure it was the least I could do given all the bitching I did in this thread. I mean, I was lucky enough to be able to get a PS4, let alone have an extra (I traded in stuff to pay off an old pre-order I had using that 90% deal Gamestop did). I'm hoping the PS4 gets him through the times and makes him more motivated to keep fighting.

...to my job...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. lol My work schedule has been insane lately (8 straight nightshifts the past two weeks) so I sent my orders to work including my PS4. I work tonight so I'll play it tomorrow afternoon. Can't wait!

Wrong. If you select Release Date Delivery, it's guaranteed to arrive on release date, and it is their responsibility to choose the correct shipping option. If you select 2 day shipping and are still guaranteed release date delivery, they will either ship it 2 days in advance, or ship it overnight even though you only selected 2 days. This is actually how it works, not some kind of speculation.

Just as a small percentage of PS4s arrived bricked, there is a small failure rate associated with release date delivery as well. It's happened to me on more than one occasion. They will compensate you for the mixup, but if you want a 100% guarantee, and not a 99.5% guarantee, your only option is to line up in front of a store 24 hours in advance.
