NA GAF - Post your PS4 shipment info!

Damn UPS dropping the ball on me today. I have friends that didn't even get the launch edition get their PS4s delivered already and I'm still waiting eventhough I do have the launch edition.
 
Atlanta, here. UPS tracking says On Time but not out for delivery. Arrived at the ATL distribution center last night, though. Nervous...
 
Just got off the phone with another Amazon rep. She basically said she apologizes that they couldn't meet the guaranteed delivery date of the 15th and to wait until tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, call back and see how they could accommodate me. This better not happen next week with the XB1. :/

Checking in - Amazon US came through for the south suburbs of Chicago! Hell, UPS even came about 6 hours earlier than they normally would. Normally, they show up RIGHT before the 8PM cut off - yet today the guy was here at 3pm. Now to impatiently wait for the end of the work day.
 
Amazon's giving me $60 to compensate for their screwup. All I wanted was the console today, then all I wanted was the console tomorrow. A chat rep told me he could get it to me tomorrow and offered me ten dollars in compensation (that I didn't ask for). I said okay, thanks, I'll look forward to the PS4 tomorrow. Cut to ten minutes ago and I got a shipping update that still said Tuesday. I chatted again, asking them to confirm I'd get it Saturday. "No, it's not possible to get it to you on Saturday" "But...you guys just told me you could earlier" "I'm sorry. Here's $60" "....I just...I just want PS4"

Fuck it. If you'd rather give me $60 than have someone personally call UPS and have them upgrade it to Saturday shipping, then whatever. I'll take a $340 PS4.

I didn'tttttt askkkkk for thisssssssssssss.

Unless the driver screws up, sure. I've had deliveries as late as 8ish.

I literally just got told that it's not possible to change the delivery to Saturday on my order. If you get yours changed...

I don't even care anymore. Good luck. They're lying to one of us.

It is still being prepared for delivery. I talked with the rep for 30min, said it was guaranteed for today, she doesn't know why it wasn't delivered today nor why it didn't ship early enough to get here. She then promised me it would be delivered by Saturday. I hold some doubt if it will happen, but she is setting up a reminder to check back with me on the status of it coming tomorrow cuz she promised it would happen.

We'll see when I get the official shipment confirmation email.

They offered me compensation for the inconvenience, I said "Get it here by tomorrow."
 
Worthless fucking Amazon shipped my June 10th pre-order at 4pm via Fedex and it will be here tomorrow. I am done supporting them.

I live in Texas - DFW area to be exact - and mine came from Coffeyville and arrived here at 4:30~ this morning and is out for delivery with UPS. It's going to my aunt and uncles and the UPS guy never gets there til like 7 anyway, but I'm at work for another 30 minutes, have to stop at Best Buy to pick up my preordered one from there and then drive an hour out to their house so it should be arriving just as I get there.

Sorry to hear about the boning from Amazon though; I've never ever had an issue with them but I still went with a backup pre-order anyway just in case (plus I'm giving one of them to my aunt and uncle for letting me live there for free for a few months).

I was guaranteed that mine would show up today as well, I don't believe Amazon at all.
 
Amazon chat told me to wait until Tuesday before requesting a refund or replacement...the fuck is the point of designating my order as a "launch edition" if I'm not gonna receive it on launch day.

They offered me $3.99 in promotional credit for one-day delivery on my next order though...

EDIT: According to Amazon and UPS, they have no fucking idea where my PS4 is.

Mine was shipped early but delayed by UPS. >.< So, they said they can't change it to Saturday delivery since it already shipped.

Mine shipped from Nashville for some reason. That's far further away than Coffeyville, so I don't know if they couldn't fulfill it from Coffeyville for some reason, or if that's just the way it was always going to be.

I'm done trying to figure out how Amazon screwed it up. They've made good; I'm not going to sit here and whinge because I had to wait till Tuesday in exchange for a 15% discount (is the way I'm thinking about the $60 credit, since I'd have spent the money at Amazon anyway).

Unless someone actually gets their shipment changed to Saturday after they told me it couldn't be done, in which case whatttttt the shitttttttt. :P
 
team delivered...finally

typically the are quick to knock on the door, wait 3 seconds and then tag the door and leave because with my package

this time they just left my box, didnt even knock our ring the bell, no attempt to even get a signature

they definitely dropped the ball, there was zero reason to not ship until yesterday. They could have started shipping monday and put hold delivery on all orders until today, that way this last minute issues wouldnt be happening, or at least on a much smaller scale. With a friday release and ups not delivering sat/sun they forced themselves into this 1 day window

for all the good things amazon does they are far from perfect, if you ordered a launch edition and your not getting it until next week you have every right to be pissed
 
Got mine... did UPS will call and had a hassle with it though. Three items, three separate shipments. Console was there, AC4 was there, but they lost my camera. After nearly two hours of them running around like morons unable to figure out what happened, they finally told me it was in fact mistakenly on a truck for delivery.

So I'm waiting for the driver. Meanwhile, I've set up my PS4 but I cannot for the life of me get fucking signed into PSN...lawl... big shocker there. The 1.5 update downloaded and installed surprisingly fast. I definitely have my network connection set up properly. PSN must be just fucking overloaded today. No shocker there. So I'm stuck trying to sign in at the moment. Can't do much until I get that going.

I have Killzone, and Skylanders will be delivered with my console. NFS Rivals was out of stock when I ordered I guess so that one hasn't shipped.

I actually almost bought NBA 2k14, and I have never watched a basketball game in my life. It looks amazing, and I do certainly enjoy a good sports game regardless of my interest in the sport.
 
DFW here and Amazon dropped the ball.

Ordered the first day they had it up and finally I get tracking and my estimated delivery is Monday.

First time they failed me.
Thank goodness Target was there for me. But my brother is going to have to wait.
 
I'm not terribly happy. PS4 along with some games still in the "Shipping Now" category with no update for about 30 hours. Multiple conversations with reps from Amazon, all assuring me it will arrive today, and look...it didn't.
 
I got my PS4 about 20 minutes ago and I am sitting here trying to log on to PSN. I refuse to play any of my games till I can actually get a trophy in one
 
Called Amazon to complain and got offered $20, but still getting here (tampa) on Tuesday. Which really pisses me off as I am away with work Tuesday through Friday. If my Xbox one pre order is delayed I am never using them again for anything.
 
It was two day shipping, however it still showed shipping for release day when I ordered. I have done this many times for games with no problem.
