Dated, but somewhat relevant.
DeRozan used to ISO like crazy, and work his way past the defense with his strength/height. Lowry typically runs the offense for the team. These days they tend to be better about moving the ball around though, but this still is the team that was 30th in assists per game (yet was ridiculously efficient on offense, somehow. The Lowry + 4 bench lineup had the best net rating for a good long while, after the Warriors death lineup and Warriors starters)

DeRozan needs to get back in there. Him + Ibaka (+ Tucker) rotating is the best movement and offense the Raptors have when Lowry goes this cold.
