This is such nonsense. We saw just how vulnerable they were and would have probably lost had Rondo not gotten injured. It's not overreaction to say they are a weak team.

They're flawed. Either way, the people flying out of the clouds over one quarter that was basically best case - worst case is absolutely an overreaction.

The structural problems they have goes beyond whatever the fuck the score is at any given moment. But I guess that's too far beyond the shallow analysis that you all love so much

What's Porter going to do? You know Porter's game, right? Not sure he's posted up in the pros ever, and he's not going to know what to do against a double team.
maybe not but he's got a foot on IT, surely they can capitalize on that whether it's drawing a double and passing out of it or just shoot over top of him. he can shoot the ball, right?

Every team except the Warriors has a few problems you can point out and feel smart, funny that you mention "shallow analysis" when saying the Celtics are flawed is as shallow as it gets. Yes, they're flawed. But overall they're a really good team capable of going on big runs.
Meh, I'd rather just let Wall and Beal keep doing their thing with Gortat. If anything, send Porter to the offensive glass if you want to capitalize on it. Isaiah doesn't want to box out.

Their offense is too dependent on a single player, as noted by the Inside the NBA guys repeatedly. That same player is also the biggest liability on defense out of all the players in the playoffs. They are 25th in rebounding in a league of 30 teams. They are a middle of the road three point shooting team when all the best teams these days are in the top 5. Their vaunted defense is actually pretty average if you look at defensive efficiency rankings and opponent floor percentage. They can defend the three but are totally average in the paint.
They are beyond just flawed, they are glaringly flawed and their position as the 1 seed is a direct consequence of their conference being up for grabs between a bunch of crappy teams. You re-run the season and they could easily end up as a 4 or 5 seed.
That's such a dope line
