Recent trend?

There's always been TV revivals, but since the success of the 24 revival it seems we've been getting a lot more of these pushed through, with Heroes, X-Files, Twin Peaks, Full House, etc. Then there's stuff like Arrested Development, Ash vs Evil Dead, and Wet Hot American Summer that are kind of edge cases.
