I got infected last night. Fuckin Trojans. I woke up to fricken a Trojan.ByteVerify message on a Norton scan. It quarantined it. I deleted it. It infected some Java files, it looks like. But now, after getting rid of it, MS Antispyware detects something trying to d/l and Active X download everytime I reboot. I've run Spybot, MS Antispyware, Norton, Norton during Safe mode, Adaware.

My computer was running slow as molasses so I should have known. But I get this herpetic feeling. How can I get rid of this?

This thread had so much more potential before I read that it was about computer viruses. =(

Try using the HijackThis program.

Do another virus scan with Norton to make sure it's not still there.

If it is go here and scroll down to how to remove:

I immediately thought of condoms as well.

Did you know Amazon.com is running a purchase $99 of certain household brand items, get $20 back sale, including Trojan condoms?

Start shopping today!

Exactly how much are Amazon paying you?

Are they hiring?

seeing as my wife is due in about 3 weeks, I don't think I'll be needing condoms again for at least a year. but thanks, I think.

:lol

The fact that most of us including myself thought about condoms shows just how well advertisment/brainwashing works.
