Okay, here it is. Only a few releases to go, and I'm ready for the Xbox 360. Or maybe not. I can't decide. With college ending, my situation is very much up in the air. But I am sure of the fact that I have basically picked clean the libraries of the Gamecube and Xbox, with only a few (relatively) small releases for me this year, and Zelda.
I have three options and $52.50 in store credit. I'll eventually end up with a next-generation console regardless. My only MUST buy for the rest of this generation is Zelda, honestly.
1) Trade-in my Xbox toward an Xbox 360 at launch. By far the most expensive proposition, and one I'm not certain about. I'll have to see about the games and my financial/life situation at the time.
2) Put my store credit toward a $99 PS2 this holiday season. Didn't I read that Sony's dropping the price? If not, ignore this option and I'm an idiot. Spend a little while playing this generation's games. Although I'm definitely ready for next generation, this is the safest option.
3) Continue to pick up titles I haven't tried yet. If you recommend this option, I would appreciate your advice on GCN/Xbox titles to buy.
This link contains a list of games that I've played or that I'm interested in playing. Please feel free to recommend titles not on the list, but keep in mind that I hate most sports titles, racing games, stealth games, and generic shooters.

My only goal is to make a value-based gaming decision without simultaneously making a foolish financial one. I'll have the money for each of these options, but with graduation in December, $400 is not something I want to throw away hastily.
Thoughts? Also, if you are so inclined, please recommend games that you believe would support any of the choices. I welcome your input.
