Hey all. I'm getting back into lifting and need to get some new music. I used to lift to Metalica in high school, but I'm more or less sick of them. I want fast, aggressive music, but no screaming. I fucking hate scream metal.

Any tips?

Sorry, just being a dork. The Dragonforce name and album cover makes it look like a bad D&D novel. I'm going to get some Dragonforce, Helmet, and maybe some Alexisonfire. I've never heard of any of those so they're the most interesting.

BTW, I suggested Dragonforce because their sheer speed will get you pumped. If the singer's voice doesn't work for you, this is where Manowar definitely comes in. Eric Adams has a voice that gets me crazy. I'm a big dork for their type of music, as well, so Manowar just sends surges of adrenaline through me.
