Can't use any of those sites. I have a bad PC that is full of spyware/pop ups/malware and all host of goodies

I can't DL ad-ware, spybot, or firefox. I need all of those so I can get this PC decent. Heck it took me 10 tries to post this message because of pop-ups and re-directs.

Don't bother, start from scratch. There's no way you'll rescue your machine completely if it's that bad.

If possible, you could try and download ad-aware and spybot to a disk(and don't forget about HijackThis!), and run them off of the disk.

try searching for your host file. usually HOSTS . it might be filled with crap (could be a reason why you cant access any of those sites..

If you're behind a firewall that won't allow you to download anything from the web, chances are all other means will be blocked as well. I can drop the install exe on my FTP, but I'm guessing you won't be able to access it.

Thank you so much quadriplegicjon this helps me out to a degree you don't understand. I had a PC here that had over 600 pieces of spyware on it.
