NeoFlash: PSP Neo-MS Converter

Brimming full of confidence fron the DS scene, Neoflash will be entering the PSP market with an innovative Memory stick converter device. This product will allow you to use SD/MMC/CF cards of up to 32 GB in size on your PSP! It supports a whole range of formats including MP4, MP3, Emulators and whatever else you should throw on it. The actual board is very small, despite how it looks in the following picture - however rest assured NeoFlash will be adding a clip on plastic case housing for the board which means you can use your SD/MMC/CF cards comfortably on the move without the need for expensive and low capacity duo PRO memory sticks!

looks kinda like the xecuter one eh...

which reminds me, when's that one coming out?

Well as it is it's kind of a bad idea..., but put shrink it a abit and more importantly, put a way longer cord between the dummy mem stick and the device so that you could leave it in a pocket or backpack while you handle the PSP instead of having it dangle under your hands like it would, and it'd work well enough IMO.

I think it's safe to assume that most of the hardware on that board is for debugging (two serial (maybe vga?) ports, what I can only assume is a composite out, and a four digit lcd display), and what's left will be shrunk down greatly for actual production. If those are custom chips, why would they make them at their smallest process if it's just a sample?

Correct hooo, it looks like your standard demo board sent out by microcontroller manufacturers and the like, used for developing/debugging embedded applications. Bears no resemblance to the final product.
