Why...why would you black out the rest of your games? No offense, though it just doesn't make sense :\

Sorry, was trying to point out the one I was talking about thats all.

Either that or put a circle around it... Not that big of a deal

Just got a large package in! This is stuff that's been collecting at a friends house for a few months now =D (It's all from various Amazon sales and ebay)

Set of adjustable dumbbells from Bowflex. The idea is that instead of buying a rack of individual dumbbells, you can just turn the dials on these to pick select weights.

The lazy Fedex driver didn't even deliver these to my door though. I had to pick them up from the rental office and then lug three big boxes up a flight of stairs. It was a workout just to get these into my room o_O

A 7mm Intel G2 SSD for my upcoming Lenovo X220 purchase. I already have a 9.5mm G2 but can't deal with converting it to 7mm (I almost stripped the screws).

Finally straightened out my Amazon order from two weeks ago and got my Platinum Hits version of Mafia II with all of the DLC. I've already got the Mafia II Collector's Edition so I pretty much picked this up for the curiousness of wanting to see the DLC (even after what I've heard), and for $15 the price was right. That plain white spine will bug me to no end though - really MS, what were you thinking when you changed to that standard font for PH packaging?

Picked these up over the past couple weeks. I quit WoW because of school/work timing, but I graduate in May, so I want to get back to it. I figured I'd pick them up earlier, so I could do the installing/patching ahead of time.

The hard part will be forcing myself to not sign in for the next couple weeks.

I have those dumbbells. I do not doubt that lugging that box was a pain in the ass.

Magicka and Portal 2
Pick-up_1.jpg

I still didn't play Portal 2 yet, I had it pre-loaded since last week but I am only getting back home today. It keeps saying the servers are too busy and to try again later. Anybody got any advice? I have it pre-loaded on a Mac if that helps.
Edit: SUCCESS!

Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition

Any impressions so far? I'm thinking about getting those as well for my 2nd round of P90x as resistance bands just aren't workable for certain moves.

If you haven't already opened them, I'd return them and wait to try to get them on sale. You can login to battle.net and just download the latest client, and patch it before you even have to log in.

Survived the box that they were shipped in (God DHL sucks...). Hopefully Amazon JP will use Fed Ex for the second half of my order:

New Bike Racks. I switched to fork mounts for better air resistance (and they look better i think) ...

Tilt-shift trickery, I thought that was a toy.

That's a nice looking ride, is that an Evo?

What are the minimum and maximum weight settings on something like this?

Traded in my old PS3 phat for a PS3 slim. I've wanted a slim PS3 for a while and my warrent on the old one was about to expire. So it was the right time to upgrade. =)

I need to stop finding good deals. Walked into my local Gamestop and they had just that day received the below:

One buy 2 get 2 free later, I now have:
- Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne
- Fatal Frame
- Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly
- Fatal Frame III: The Tormented

Each was $29.99 minus my 10% card, so an average of $13.50 each after all discounts. Everything is complete and in great shape to boot.

Of course this in no way shape or form helps the size of my backlog or my attempt to buy family-friendly games to play when my 2-year old son is around, but I don't care.

This is hands down the largest pick up month ever for me, gaming wise at least. Gamestop's Buy 2 Get 2 Free really helped me pick up a lot of games I either missed out on or rebuy.

Ha ha..thank you very much for the advice; alas, it is too late. This Battle.net is all new to me, I hadn't heard about it until recently.

And Epix: Sweet looking Jeep!

Portal 2 is Amazing, easily one of the best games I've played in quite some time.

The headphones are Tritton ax 720's. I'm pretty happy with them for what they are. The Bass is a bit on the non existent side but beyond that they provide solid 5.1 surround for late night gaming and movie watching.
