I can go back and forth on both though for SF I prefer Sanwa while for VF5, I like Seimitsu. Just feels more precise for the latter.
Thanks for the heads up, I went ahead and ordered one! Now my Femme Fatale TE stick will be a full conversion to Seimitsu parts. Sadly I'll probably get the buttons and bubble top on Friday or Sat but won't get the stick till Monday or Tuesday!ExMachina said:Someone mentioned up thread that they were planning to pick up an LS-32-01 from GamingNow - they're in stock now, so grab 'em before they run out again.

Ordering one for myself. What the hell, you can never have too many spare parts. :lol
Yep, that's it. The same one you ordered for your TE (JLF-GT-Y) will work for the SE, though apparently it'll require quite a bit more elbow grease to pull the gate off of the stock MadCatz stick.zlatko said:Quick question for some fight stick pros.
My buddy wants to get an octo gate. He has a SE stick, but I have a TE stick. What kind of octo gate does he need? Is it the same one that I put in my TE ? I got it from Gamingnow.net for about 5 bucks and it has gold/orange in the center.(Forgot exact JLetc notation)
Thanks for an answer.![]()

Before I pull the trigger from lizardlick the only parts I need are the OBSF-30 buttons and the JLF-TP-8YT-SK joystick right?
Does the ball on the current stick work on that joystick?
Haven't done this before so I guess now is the best time to try.

Definitely took me a lot more force to push in the PS-14-Gs than KNs or OBSNs... so I don't think those buttons are going anywhere anytime soon. :lol
Until MadCatz releases a TE-SE, this'll have to do for now.![]()
I ordered the LS-32-01, 8 GNs, and a pink bubbletop, and they're en route, can't wait to slap them into my TE and play some Raiden & Mushihimesama. I figure I'll save the Sanwa parts and put them into a cheap SE whenever I can come across one.ExMachina said:Someone mentioned up thread that they were planning to pick up an LS-32-01 from GamingNow - they're in stock now, so grab 'em before they run out again.

This makes me want to put in pushbuttons for my CPS as well...*drool*

The stock buttons aren't registering accurately as of late.

Am I good to go?
as far as I can tell, no. If there is any when used on the PS3, it must be pretty insignificant. I have heard that it doesn't have any lag when used on a PC. I don't personally notice any drop inputs in SSF4 aside from myself screwing up too.bran said:Ya I searched those. I was just wondering if there are any timing/buggy issues. Or is it 100%.

I personally bought another TvC stick and 2 Classic Controller Pros, I'm gonna check if 2 TvC sticks work at the same time on a PS3 with the adapter (works fine on PC so far), as well as the CCPros.
Wow, you stripped them? Mine came out super easy on both of my TE sticks, using the proper sized HEX bit included in the Madcatz TE keychain.corkscrewblow said:Ok, so I just got a TE this past week and only opened it/closed it once and the top screws are already stripped... what is the easiest way to get those bad boys out?
that's a shameBleepey said:My two Ex2s are fucked.
One of my arcade sticks no longer detects the down position
The other apparently needs a change of wire because it sometimes stop being detected by my PC and 360.

i have a TE for my xbox should i mod this one ?

I'm not even sure how you'd mod your TE stick to work with the Wii. I guess a MC Cthulhu PCB will work with Gamecube, but do the games you'd want to play with it support GC controllers?
