Anyone know if the LS-56-01 will fit in the Hori VLX? I currently have a 32 installed, and judging from the pics, they look about the same size...
I want your stick.MarkMan said:

looks better than expected, especially considering i put little to no effort into it (I managed to avoid getting bad cuts by wrapping the material around the metal plate instead of cutting it)
I like the feel of the material though (it's matte black)

The 360 has a small round button on it which you press in for a few seconds till the green rings start a pattern, then hold in the small button (they are like 5mm) on the stick to sync. Its exactly the same way you sync and wireless devices with the 360.Bleepey said:i just bought a Tekken 6 and i am like wireless fucking Tekken Sticks, how do they work? I bought the stick in the assumption that i would be able to connect it to my PC for GGPO and i can't even plug it inyo my Xbox for Street fighter. Couple questions how do i sync this piece of shit to my Xbox and how do i connect it to my PC? Do i have to buy somethig extra?

MarkMan said:You can't get it to work with your PC unless you have that wireless thingy (even then, I never tried it with that).
You need to hit the sync button on your 360 console then hit the sync button on the controller (it's on the top panel).

It's really easy to change.Alucrid said:So I still hate the square gate that's on my TE stick. How easy is it to change and what are my options for other gates? I know there's the Octo one, but is that it?
atomico said:are there any differences (other than aesthetics) between the white and black TE sticks?
The lock switch on TES sticks actually lock out Home/Guide, Start, and Select. If you're referring to the original TE, Round 2, and other revisions, the lock switch only locks out Home/Guide. Otherwise they are the same functionality-wise.atomico said:are there any differences (other than aesthetics) between the white and black TE sticks?
According to SRK, the LS-56-01 will work as long as you use a Seimitsu MS mounting plate.gunstarhero said:Anyone know if the LS56-01 will fit in a Hori VLX? Been thinking of swapping out the 32 for it...
It's not difficult, but it does take a while. There is a bunch of red glue on the screws so that is annoying. IIRC, You have to remove the bottom metal panel, unscrew a plastic brace panel with holes in it (i guess that was put in for sturdiness or something) and then you have access to the 6 screws that hold the side panels in place.APZonerunner said:Question, guys - how easy is it to get the side panels off the TE sticks to paint them?

I got tired of lugging sticks back and forth on the train all the time. It seemed like the sensible thing to do.MarkMan said:I bring sticks to work and leave em around. I have a bunch here, I shouldn't leave em lying around x.x
Oh god. it was barely pulled out. :lol THANKSeuro stalker said:is the inline release good pluged in ?

Wait, you entered an arcade stick thread to get information about fightpads?Strike said:Need a little advice here. I want to get back into fighting games, but don't want to spend a couple hundred bucks to buy a pair of good arcade sticks to play with a friend. What are the best fightpads available? I've been looking around, but couldn't get a general consensus.
Alright fine, I'll make a new thread about it. I just thought it wasn't completely off-topic since people obviously do play these type of games here, there was a good chance that a few of them have had some exprience with fightpads._dementia said:Wait, you entered an arcade stick thread to get information about fightpads?
There may be some crossover, but I don't think this is the best thread to ask about them.
MarkMan said:BTW guys. Hate to be a party pooper but, this is most likely the last promo like this until next year.
I know it's a bit late notice but yeah, best times for the Holiday gift shopping...
Yahoo Japan Auctions probably. Of course, whipping would totally cancel out the "decent price" part.luka said:Anyone know where i can get a good ps2 stick for a decent price?
_dementia said:Funny. It might be cheaper to just mod a current-gen TE with a PS2 controller PCB than get a legit Sanwa or Seimitsu PS2 stick this days.
luka said:Thanks. I'm thinking this is my best bet atm. The cthulhu pcb supports ps2 right? If so is it easy to wire both a usb and ps2 connector cable in one stick?
