I've got a VSHG and a TE that I'd like to get working on both platforms.
i basically charge $50 labor for any kind of mod plus the cost of pcb and cost of shipping back to you.
pcb's generally cost $30 and shipping is dependent on where you're from and how fast you want it back.
to do a dual mod without cutting into the casing for a switch you would use this pcb called an "imp" made by this guy named toodles on srk. the imp board controls the switching between ps3/360 control by pressing a button on the stick (generally the guide/home button) when plugging into a console.
here is a pic of a 360 te with a cthulhu ps3 board and an imp http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/PICT0950.jpg (the cthulhu is the green board on the left and the imp is the smalll black board on the far right.
here is what a typical dual mod vshg looks like http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/IMG_0463.jpg this particular mod i use a dpdt slide switch but it can also utilize the imp board if you want to keep your stick looking stock http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/PICT0526.jpg
here's also a pic of where i put the switch on a te if someone decides against an imp http://s108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/?action=view¤t=PICT0966.jpg
i can also do other switch based dual mods like hrap3's and se sticks http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/PICT0978.jpg http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/hrap3dualmodfinishedguts.jpg as well as 2 cord dual mods like in an hrap2 or t5 http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n5/akuma001/PICT0898.jpg
also i can do part swaps out of things like green goblins, ascii ft's, ex2/fs3/fswii, t5, yo momma

and for the one person who will eventually ask, yes i can hack pads too
