I know this is going to sound like conspiracy nonsense, but from my own experience and observations, Sony fanboys seem to get away with far more than others.

I pride myself on being able to poke fun at all sides (I have no stock in either), but I only ever get in trouble when I poke fun at Sony stuff. And without naming names, there are some Sony nutters on here who appear to be invincible to moderation.

I'm not saying all mods are bias, but I suspect you may have a fanboy in your ranks.

Mods are targeting stupid drive-by posts as well which instigate nothing but console warring as well, not just fanboyism.

I have been through this many, many times.

We do NOT see every post, nor do we canvas every damn fanatical regression thread on gaming side.

We mainly go off of reports, and actions are taken based on reports. We remove and warn FAR MORE Sony fan drivebys in comparison naturally, since there are more PlayStation owners in general. You see something that you feel requires an action, then report them.

Complaining about things that one fails to report on, is just more idle noise for the sake of. The "patterns" you claim to see, are REPORTING patterns, not "moderation bias".

I guess I am partially to blame, since I don't use the report button (I don't like to be that kind of person, if you know what I mean).

I used to feel that way too, but no more. The Mods can't be everywhere and see everything, especially on a forum this busy. If they don't know about an issue, they can't do anything about it.

Wrong you can't ever have an opinion on ANY of these companies before people call you a hater even when you own literally every console. Don't blame this on mods people are just extreme fanboys and are unwilling to admit it.

If he came in and announced himself as such beforehand and everyone called him that after, it would be fair game.

Elektro Demon Elektro Demon advised him in topic to change that post, and I also DM'd him to change it to the acceptable farngoth. He ignored both of us, everything is on him after his bros looked out for him.

So it looks like Xbox GAF is taking over by weaponising the report button. CJY got banned, SonyGAF's numbers are dwindling. He even built a hype-train and everything.

He's been in meltdown mode since the spec reveals lol. It was sad to watch. Hopefully some time away gives him some perspective, but I doubt it.
