He seems pretty active though so I think it's plenty of time. In any case, he already has the threat of a permanent ban that he wouldn't forget either. I think he will probably get himself banned again, although I would like to be proven wrong. I would like to think it won't happen again but quite frankly these console warriors all blend together with similar posting behavior. I'm sorry if I sound mean or whatever but Bo should know better by now. It's on him to change, not the process of banning people.

In fairness to Bo, his post could easily be equally interpreted as not console warring.
He was responding to Hawking Radiation, who was considering a PS5.
It's just unfortunate that Bo did it in a Xbox thread after past warnings, as that was probably cutting it too close, and you have to read back into a number of Hawking Radiation posts in that thread to understand that he was interested in picking up the PS5, so the context was easily missed.

The thread was about MS Flight Simulator, a game not available on PS5 mind you, and HR was talking about being tempted to pick up a Series S in order to play it. So I'm not sure how anyone could give Bo the benefit of the doubt on the intention behind his posts in that thread considering his history.

Perhaps, but I feel like Bo had burned a lot of whatever good will he had with the mods. This sounds like such a stretch.
He should have quoted the correct post if thats the case. There is no reason to say dont panic if he was trying to respond to an earlier post.

Right, so then what is the point of being lenient towards those same people who console war, who ignore warnings and return from their bans only to continue where they left off with the same warring behavior?
Just because they make a couple funny posts in between their usual pro-Sony warring doesn't mean they should keep being given another chance. Once you give Bo special treatment then they all start asking for it. I just want the console warring to go away because it wasn't this bad when I joined last year.
