Looks like brap earned himself a lil timeout responding to me in the not good looking actors thread. I didn’t report him for the record and I was really just play arguing with him. He has been going pretty hard on the edginess lately though.

There was no" pretending" all I said was i saw the dev kits and based my view on what I saw and I never changed from that and still don't. The reason why I was banned was due to a very shady logical fallacy by Mod of War that doesn't make any sense, where he made the claim I was implicating numbers when I never mentioned any numbers based on some words, and so wanted me to "verify" numbers I never mentioned since that was the only option for verification based on what he was accusing..

So what basically happened was that they were trying to get me to give them numbers for verification even though I never mentioned any numbers, as that would be the only way to "verify" based on Mod of Wars accusation. A Microsoft or Sony employee would have been banned for the same reason since the foundation was so flimsy, this is because they aren't going to risk their jobs and break their NDA to give some random guys numbers that they never even mentioned in their actual post, especially for free. To think of the other consequences one would get for doing that as well.

Mod team needs to balance how they enforce the rules because that was one of the worse ban reasons I've seen yet,. It was basically a trap you couldn't escape from because they were basically asking me to verify something I never said which would require me to give them free information that was never spoken of only to them for no reason.

Anyway that's all done with so let's see what's happening here, Kojmiazaki guy is back? Sup.

So there is a dedicated topic for bans. That´s a smart move. I saw such things here like this and there on the web but still, good.

Was the final year of moderation on Gaf before it went kaputt really that bad? Every other site and their dog talked about it! And just look the OP. PolitiXs and the infighting in a 2 party system fucked you it seems. Stay away from 2020 election on the web folk. Just do your duty anonymously and only talk to people you actually care about who you voted for. That said, do vote.

Tag me when you are speaking about an interaction that includes me. I am not going to undress you with these chain of events again. Not that there is a lack of information, I just don't have time or care to revisit this with your insistent whining, backpedaling, convoluting words, ambiguous goals posts, etcetera.

Sometimes you just got to take the L and move on.

I didn't intentionally not tag you if that's what you're getting at, nor do I think the threat is necessary.

But I do think that there's a legitimate issue here to point out, which is allowed and encouraged here, and that's the fact your "verification" could only be passed with one thing, and that would be giving you/EL information the post I was modded for did not have, and I believe that's a pretty big deal honestly, not for me in particular, but it would be if I was an employee of a game company.

But I am not trying to attack you on it beyond disagreeing with the decision, the ban is already over and I can't reverse the 14 days that just went by so that's the last I'll bring it up. I don't have anything more to add other than my disagreement.
