I mean they both are masterclass in terms of music and audioBest Soundtrack Category is a disgrace, you can tell most people just put their fave game in every category so pretty much most of the awards are GOW/Elden Ring/etc.
I've said it before, HFW's sound design get's overshadowed by its top tier graphics.I mean they both are masterclass in terms of music and audio
Who will win the elden ring of the year award?
Today is the day all the hanging chads are finally counted. Praise the Sun!

Let's kick this thing off, shall we?
I voted HOL on this one.
I voted Vampire Survivors. By the time you're done with the first hour, you know you'll be playing it another 30 (at least).I voted HOL on this one.
I got a PS5 physical copy of Horizon Forbidden West from Gamefly for like $25 over black friday, and haven't got around to starting it yet. So... I guess I'm part of the problem.Who buys these games and not play them? How the absolute fuck?
If you aren't buried in a game, give it a shot. Great game.I got a PS5 physical copy of Horizon Forbidden West from Gamefly for like $25 over black friday, and haven't got around to starting it yet. So... I guess I'm part of the problem.
My thoughts too - I think Stray is the shortest game here (at 6+ hours), but I know Vampire Survivors and Elden Ring are both like 60-100 affairs. My god
Still on Horizon 1Who buys these games and not play them? How the absolute fuck?
God of War lol. Never change GAF
Doesn't GOW:R have forced walking sections?
Still on Horizon 1
I voted Tunic
Ragnarök makes you run around in these terrible Atreus sections. Especially the one though jodenhiem. Ride the yak, feed the yak, collect the fruit, listen to my dumb story. Please let me skip this.
I like these choices. There are a lot of ways that developers can respect your time
Nice to see FF get some love. Underneath all the Chaos memes it's a solid game
I'd love to hear an explanation on that oneI like these choices. There are a lot of ways that developers can respect your time
What direction did you want it to go.Yeah this is going in the direction I figured it would. Ciao!
This one tripped me out because I personally felt like Ragnarok made me wait & watch more than actually play throughout the entire experience.
Some games offer a ton of content with not a lot of filler, providing good value for the money. Some games are brief but budget priced or included with a subscription, allowing you to experience them without overstaying their welcome. Some games only take a little while to sit down and play each time, but have a surprising amount of replay value. All of these respect the player's time in their own way.I'd love to hear an explanation on that one
I think it was supposed to mean it doesn't waste your time with filler or grinding. There is a best value category.
