Besides Gunstar Heroes, Sunset Riders, the 3rd person segments seem inspired by the awesome SNES game Wild Guns.

I got it the demo had me convinced and the price is low. It looked and played great and the background interaction was innovative.
Terminator 2d Fate got delayed too and I expect will cost much more due to the license.

It is tough as hell. I need to restart 'cause I fumbled during a few missions and made no money for upgrades. It is really dope mechanically though. Only gripe is default background aim cursor is slow and every death it has to be manually changed to quick. Pixel art is gorgeous.
