Yup. The plan post-Raid 2 was do one other movie and then head back to the Raid 3 for a release in 2018. Considering this movie is likely to be released late this year or early next year, I'd venture we'd see Raid 3 around 2019.

I think Blister's on hold, and he did a recent interview stating that The Raid 3 isn't in the cards at the moment either:

I'm not sure how well The Raid 2 did so perhaps funding was a factor too.
