The thing with non binary people is again mental delusion and needs of being unique IMO. An old acquaintance of mine was castrated to look more feminine and have a smaller dick. Tech companies seem to have a lot of patience for wackos.
In most companies, firstly they wouldnt even be hired due to acting or looking odd. No bank is going to hire amped up SJW weirdos even for a teller job paying $15/hr. Most companies have a minimum level of dress and personality required. And when I say dress, that also includes no extreme stuff like tattoos all over your face, trying to go to work with blue hair, sloppy clothes and it looks like you just woke up and threw on sandals.
But tech companies love hiring these people and going through the motions when they cause an uproar.

To be fair. Second row, second from left. If she got rid of the giant glasses, lip ring and just had black or brown hair (it looks blu-ish unless its a filter), she's actually decent looking.
