I wasn't aware that was Roald Dahl, or I just forgot, but that is a very good kids movie.

Loved the twits as a kid. Live action as well please.

I admit I'm not familiar with any of these aside from the first three and 5-6 (and honestly, while I'm usually open to remakes or new adaptations, I feel Willy Wonka was handled pretty much perfectly with the Gene Wilder film and never had any interest in any other adaptation of it, heck it's one of the cases that IMHO shows a movie can be better than the original book). But honestly, out of all the Dahl books I did read, The Witches was actually my favorite so it's disappointing to see it not included.

They made a movie back '90, it was good even with the happy ending.

Soltype: I vaguely remember seeing that as a kid, how did they change the ending? Were they able to reverse the main kid's transformation or something?

no "Danny the champion of the world"? That was my favorite. That book was tense as hell for a 10 year old.
