I'd suggest watching season 1 first, that's what I did 2 weeks ago. Its only 6 eps, with the first ep being 2 hours.

My only complaint is that a couple of the actors are HORRIBLE! :lol

The 4400 is a great show. I loved season 1 and the first episode of season 2 was good as well. It reminds me of the X-files, but with more of a payoff on the para-normal activity. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Summer show to watch.

For those of you with lots of things on Sunday night to watch, The 4400 is also repeated at midnight, Wednesday at midnight, Friday at 11am, Saturday at 7pm and midnight and finally Sunday at noon. Plenty of chances to catch it if you don't have a DVR or anything.
