It's been awhile since I last posted. Anyway, been super busy with school and working up a strong portfolio. I had to throw together a little informal 'folio for my girl's dad and I thought I'd share it with the board. Critiques welcome.

G-d, you're absolutely amazing! This is the first I see your work, but I love it. The bear looks a bit... odd, but everything is is just stunning! (And hell, so is the bear, at that.)

I love your style! You range from the simple to the complex seamlessly. Thank you for sharing.

Though, after seeing the first couple, I have an itch to play Diablo II all of a sudden...

I'd say I'm more interested about design than a designer as such, although I know my way around Photoshop and Freehand, and have read fundaments of classic typography and layout. Manual kerning is way underrated! I did graphic design for $$ and goods during school, though. Flexible work and easy money.

yeah, I typically kern manually unless I'm pressed for time. Type is so fundamental and so many designers more or less ignore it. Teaches you everything about weight in design, grid systems, balance.
