Her first question should be "Why the hell would you bring every superhero in the continental US to Bruce Banner's doorstep after receiving information that he would kill you all?"

She'll obviously be mad at Clint. There's no way she won't be, but she'll understand him and forgive him easier. He was given a burden by Banner, and he was put in a "now or never" situation and he decided "now". I think she'll understand, especially since it was at Bruce's request and she knows Clint pretty well.

Carol, on the other hand, ain't getting off so easy. She created a self-fulfilling prophecy which goes against exactly what Jennifer was saying at the beginning of CW2 during that court case (deciding who's guilty before they commit the crime). Not only that, it forced the situation that Banner had prepped for. A situation that may never have occurred (though it most likely would have much further down the line), and Carol forced it by, like you said, bringing in an X-Men team, two Avengers teams, the Ultimates, and both the All-New and Uncanny Inhumans.

It's because of this, however, that I also think Carol's heel turn is completely understandable.

Amadeus's Cho's book is called the totally amazing awesome hulk. Banner Hulk will probably be gone for some time.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

In the recent Uncanny Avengers comic, the guys who have been running around resurrecting everyone made off with Banner's body.

I feel like Axel Alonso said in an interview about that issue that Banner would be gone for quite awhile. Can't quite recall though, so grain of salt and all that.

Yeah we already know what's next for Banner Hulk. They literally announced it.
Resurrected by The Hand to be their personal assignation Hulk

Well, I'm sure he had some justification.

He did, and even if he didn't, he was found not guilty in a court of law. She-Hulk is an officer of the court, she isn't going to go after him. In fact given the way the whole CWII has been framed and played out, her forgiving Clint is probably gonna be one of the last things that happens.

Banner was experimenting on himself and lying sbout it.

He had previously asked Hawkeye to take him out if he went too far, and gave him an arrow to kill him.

In the heat of the doorstep argument, Clint saw Hulks eyes flash green and he took his shot.

CBR conducted an interview with Mariko Tamaki, writer of the new 'HULK' series.

A few excerpts:

CBR: For years, Jennifer Walters has been an upbeat character who has been able to enjoy a dual life as both a hero and a lawyer, but when you pick up with her in “Hulk” #1 she’ll be coping with the fact that she almost died. On top of that, while she was comatose, one of her closest family members was murdered. Initially, how will those events effect Jen’s sense of self?

TAMAKI: I think when horrible things happen, it doesn’t necessarily change you, but it changes the way you are in the world. That’s the tricky thing about it, really. You, the person you are, is still there, but you’re stuck in this space that makes it hard to be you. I suppose in terms of a sense of self, one thing trauma can bring out is all these parts of yourself you didn’t even know you had. It’s a party, and everyone you didn’t invite is invited. Jen’s going to be dealing with all of that.

CBR: Jen’s past series have been about how she juggles being a hero and an attorney in the strange and often humorous world of superhuman law. Will you be adopting a similar approach in “Hulk?” How does “Hulk” compare to Jen’s past solo titles?

TAMAKI: I was very inspired by earlier She-Hulk comics. I love Jen’s sense of humor and her personality. I’ve done my best to carry that into this series. I think serious and funny is the best combination. And yes, Jen is still a lawyer. There are superhumans out there who need good legal representation! Justice, as we all know, comes in many forms.

CBR: Who are some of the supporting cast members Jen will initially interact with in “Hulk?” Will we see some familiar faces from previous series? New characters? Or a mixture of both?

TAMAKI: Most of the focus, for the moment, is on Jen. But her friends are definitely looking out for her.

I mean, we've had a long line of She-Hulk comics in a similar vein. I'm willing to try a new take on Jen.

Worst case, they revert in a few years.

I was pretty okay with it at first and now I'm extra okay with it. I have no problem with She-Hulk having to go through a rage arc or something as long as they are still using the backdrop of her legal career. I am actually interested in how her new situation affects her work life.

They just have to walk a fine line so as not to overstuff the book with angst. If they still want to include the trademark She-Hulk sense of humor from her other books I'm hopeful they can pull it off. And if its successful this kinda thing is clearly not permanent and we can get more wacky legal hijinks in the future.

I hated this....the new comic looks like trash tho

Aria Shulk was fine. An extremely safe story that relied more on cameos than anything else, but the artstyle was different and okay, something necessary after the shitshow that was the entire "Hulks" series.

I have no problem with this, Jen's been kinda the same thing for so long now it would be nice to see a new take on her. If it's done well that's all that counts.

I'm a Hulk stan, so I'm looking forward to this. She-Hulk was so cool that everyone else stole her shtick and mood (looking at you Deadpool, Mockingbird, Hellcat, Squirrel Girl, Spider-Woman, etc.) so I'm fine with a more serious take in the wake of some really shitty things to happen in her life (AKA Bendis).

Let Cho Hulk take over the "fun" Hulk side for a bit. Let him play B-ball with Jeremy Lin and be involved in all the teams (Champions and that upcoming Asian Assemble squad) and banter with his sister who is taking over the Rick Jones/Jazinda role.

So for She-Hulk hopefully we get something in-between Red She-Hulk's short run and any Banner Hulk run with the "Gravage" personality. So not ultra serious and knows how to have at least a little bit of fun, albeit with some edge and grit I guess. Basically I just want "no fucks given" Jennifer.

An upbeat legal series probably wouldn't make sense as a transition from her coming out of that coma.

I'm interested to see how things go

But so is Murdock and he'll go after that ass if he has to.

"Beaten to death"
Waking up only to find out your cousin was killed by another friend.

That's going to have an effect on you.

Agreed, issue 1 is good. Jen is in mourning, she's not hysterical. It's a nice change of pace.

Still though, new she hulk book, new law firm. Still kind of amazed she can afford manhattan.

The preview artwork looks fine.

I'm not sure why this iteration of Hulk is gray. She-Hulk was never gray.

Grey Hulks are supposed to be an incarnation of emotional confusion caused by extreme mental trauma. Bruce was retconned to have been grey during his initial transformation.

It wasn't a retcon. Hulk was colored gray in the first few issues of his comic.

The extreme trauma explanation works, sort of. But it doesn't explain Mr. Fixit, etc., during the Peter David Hulk run.
