Unfortunately that isnt possible with my setup. I'm playing on a computer screen, so no soundoutput there. I have a stereo thats plugged into my PC/PS3. So I have no way to have the car/ambient sound from the game and listen to my own music, unless I plug in my earphones and listen from my MP3 player, which is just stupid and uncomfortable.

Sorry but it just bothers me sooooo much that the PS4 cant do a thing I was able to do on the original X-Box. I know its a business decision, but for me that business comes down to not buying the console at all. Guess I go with The Crew on PC then ...

Fun Fact: Just started steam and it updated. Steam now comes with a music player....Steam .... they dont even need it and they have it.

I use surround headphones most of the time. I need MP3 support. I don't care if it has to not be recorded by the capture or whatever they've set it to do on Driveclub's music, but I just need it.

Yeah, but if I'm not mistaken, we already have full list of cars available in the final game, so I wonder why would they put limits on that (I understand not wanting to show some tracks that you unlock later in the game). Anyways, looking forward to GamerSyde's footage, while patiently waiting for my review copy to arrive.

What size do you need? You can get a quality HD TV for way under 1000 pounds. Unless you need a super huge one.

I guess it's just a way to make an impression by having cars shown in-game for the first time. Also, the engine sound will be heard for the first time as well.

It's not the same as keeping surprises for release, but it's something, I guess.

Ah so it's one of these. I hope for your sake that The Crew on PC supports custom soundtracks, but if it doesn't just get an amp/speakers rather than feeding your stereo through your PC and your problems are solved.

Been following this thread with interest. :)

Personally from all of the pictures/videos that have been online, I think the game is looking awesome. Not really getting why there is elements of panic and "Looks awful" and where that is coming from.

Really looking forward to playing the game.

The game is looking awesome, can't wait to play it next week!

I still can't get over that timer though, it really takes away from the racing especially in that tunnel gif. There is no where to go off track yet it still shows up. Really hope we can turn that off.

The game looks like a threesome with Miranda Kerr and Elle Macpherson but the cars look like they handle like dodgem cars looking at the footage

has anyone that's played the game able to comment on what the handling of the cars is like?

i dont want this to be another glorified tech demo..i want the ps4 project gotham

There were stills posted last night that were pretty damn jaggy and had other visual weirdness going on. Everything looks far better in motion. No worries here. I'm right there with you in looking forward to Tuesday.

Yeah, that timer showing up in the tunnel was definitely a wtf moment. Off the track warning in a tunnel? Really?

If reviews turn up solid it's possible I make an impulse purchase of this game. I've got a lot of Best Buy credit burning a hole in my pocket at the moment.
