i vehemently disagree. that's the whole reason the game looks good.DaCocoBrova said:Some very questionable color palette usage...

This one I like. When I saw it at first I thought it was a concept art for the game, and not an actual screenshot.
people are saying it's one of the better ones. i felt the same as you so i didn't bother playing it at TGS, but i've been hearing really positive stuff from those who did. wish i'd've given it a shot now.belgurdo said:Is there a good reason to be excited about this? I see these screens and just see an amalgamation of every guy-with-sword-chop-em-up brawler that's been coming out since 2001...

this looks very generic to me, not bad, just generic. we've seen lots of these before. bald guy with the big weapon, fruity metrosexual with the sword. folklore/myth based locales and boss(es). but as an action game fan i'll say we cant have enough of these games.
Well, that's the thing that gave it away, but other than that, it really does look like a concept art, especially if look from a few feet away so you can't see the individual pixels. That would be some mighty aliased concept art.
Painfully mediocre. And that's coming from a huge fan of the stylish 3rd person action dude-with-a-sword-and/or-gun-and-colorful-splashing-effects type of beat 'em up genre.Brandon F said:How was Bujingai?
