This video is actually a spoiler of a puzzle from the E3 build.

In the fire chamber, you find the corpse of a man who writes in blood from his slit wrists that he couldn't go through with "it". I thought the puzzle was obvious after that clue, but plenty never figured out that they could lower one of the prisoner's cages for the sacrifice.
