Jeux-France has a 'first non-magazine screen'.

It looks terrible... or so I think. The guys face looks bland, and overall, it just looks.. bad. Boring.

The other shots look much MUCH better...

Choosing a random NPC in any GTA game will generally produce similar results.

Looks ok to me considering the scope of GTA. This isn't a straight up action game.

That looks like GTA3 on a weaker system. Wow that's exactly what it is. So I guess it looks just like it should.
