The interview has some new information on PDZ, but not a whole lot of new information on Kameo or PGR3.
Some interesting points on PDZ:
Ken Lobb confirms that finishing a level with a new weapon adds that weapon to Joanna's arsenal so that she can start levels with that gun. I guess this means the talkxbox preview is accurate.
The single player game has global leaderboards. Ken Lobb did not go into details on how these leader boards work or what they score. You can use weapons that you have added to your arsenal and replay earlier levels to help improve your score.
The single player levels were designed to be highly replayable, and I think he indicated that they were fairly nonlinear.
Players can use bots for online and offline multiplayer modes and adjust their AI traits to make the more aggressive/defensive etc.
