Namco Bandai are developing it, I wouldn't hold out hope for them to take a punt on localising it. Sadly both of the fan translation attempts for the PSP game amounted to nothing as well.

Fingers crossed it'll be easy to get through with Google Translate and a JP wiki like the PSP game was.

Because people keep buying them. It's not that surprising. They're cheap to make and distribute.

Yep. Heck, the PSP has more games due out in Japan next January than the 3DS and Wii U combined. And they're all dating sims.

Kind of a shame publishers seemingly have to keep the whole bar at the top in NA and I think EU though, probably retailer insistence or something. Would be nice for an LE to be "naked" essentailly, just the Playstation logo branded on and the system listed.
