I'm definitely picking up Killer 7. I'll honor any Mikami related game after what a masterpiece he made with RE4, and Killer 7 does look awesome. It's definitely one of those cult games that will be a classic in the minds of many.

It's slated for June in the US. Should be some impressions at E3 and afterwards considering it's release shortly after E3.
