It's using an art style similar to Out of This World. Nothing wrong with that, and besides, the videos of this game prove that the style works.

I'm all for crazy art styles. Give me Okami, Viewtiful Joe, Paper Mario 2, Wind Waker, etc. anyday.

In screenshots at least, this game does not feature a cohesive art style. Combine that with it not being technically impressive either and you have a game that's been in development for far too long, an unfulfilled promise that's destined to joined PN03 in the bargain bin. Mark my words.
