...when the hell did Timesplitters type style become so hated?
Second Sight is a great example of a serious 3rd person Action adventure with FPS elements using the Timesplitters style...and it LOOKED good. Or at least i thought it did.
As for PD0 i think some of you will seriously wind up with egg on your face...the vid above shows the models/animation is going great. That and the fact that Rare has "never" made a bad looking game (style griping aside) gives me all the faith i need that the game will turn out fine (at least when it comes to visuals).
Call me an apologist or accuse me of damage control or whatever you like....i just refuse to not give a game a chance based off an obvious early code demonstration running on hardware missing 1 of it's friggen processors (with the other two at lord knows what speed) a stock radeon chipset and built around 250 meg limitations.
