New PlayStation Link Adapter

I was randomly browsing Target because they sent me a 10% circle thing and noticed this. I haven't seen his announced anywhere and tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything. I like that it's a singular adapter that now works on USB or USB-C.

And that should have been the adapter from the beginning.
The PS5 Slim only has a front USB-C port, and if you plug it into the rear USB-A port, the adapter overheats due to the console's exhaust heat.

I find it curious how ridiculous the FUD against the PlayStation is.

They made a circus out of "last-minute overclocking," "crippled RDNA," etc.

Now, nobody is saying anything about this design flaw in the rear USB-A ports, which are located in the console's exhaust and FRY anything you plug in.

That's why Sony likes the FUD that Xbox and its retarded fanboys spread... Anyone who looks up "last-minute overclocking" will find out it's a lie, and this camouflages the design flaw in the console's rear USB ports, which is real.

That 2x USB C design in Slim/Pro is the stupidest thing ever. Launch console was perfect with 1x USB A and 1x USB C.

I have to unplug the console to connect standard pendrive to it? Who designs this shit?

It would be BS if the stick doesn't come with it's own bundle. Furthermore, the pulse dangle should support the stick and the dualsense.

At least we have that option with Raspberry which works pretty good

These kinds of USB adapters already exist, but pretty cool that they now give you the opportunity to buy something Sony branded that patches their own basic hardware design flaw. Which seems to validate that they are fully aware of it, and will still do nothing (except this).

I just bought a USB-c to USB-a hub because the PS link adapter from the pulse elite was getting disconnections when connected to the back USB ports , this on ps5 pro.
