http://www.icerocket.com is a new search engine I came across the other day, and so far I'm liking it a lot. Obviously it borrows VERY heavily from Google... but since when was that a bad thing wink.gif

Alexa website images in search results, a built in blog aggregator, including photoblogs... both VERY nice features that google needs to implement.

Its not perfect. Search results aren't as accurate as Google and its missing all the kickass-ities like cached pages, google maps, etc etc.

Still, I think its worth linking to because if they get better won't you feel cool saying "google is old and busted. IceRocket is teh new hotness."

More sites need to hop on the blog compiling/aggregating bandwagon, google included.

But yeah... Google is still my search engine of choice, but IceRocket has officially made it onto my radar.

I think this was launched back in August 2k4. But then Google started becoming more badass and no one cared anymore.

IceRocket had giveaways and stuff though where they would post clues for you to search for stuff and if you eventually found the page or whatever, you could win a prize.
