Finally, it appears that X-Kira was able to patch in just a few files into the game and make the arcade mode functional. According to X-Kira, Capcom could activate the DLC today without any problems. There will apparently be a video for this later.

Ok i have to edit the title. Arcade mode seems like Up and running according to that Article. They guy said they (CAPCOM) can activate it right now if they want. X-Kira claiming he just had to patch in some files. Will be a video later.

They have talked about an arcade mode so I could see it happening, I imagine it will be a rerelease to come along side this like an Super Street Fighter V release with all the dlc on disc and maybe season 3 code.

The reason I put maybe because while this looks promising I am still doubtful. I am still in "I'll believe it when I see it" Mode. I didnt put "ARCADE MODE 100% CONFIRMED!!!!" on title yet because well I am still doubtful lol if this rumor is real or no.

I'm reading and watching the video accompanying it. I'm saying I'm not holding my breath simply because I don't know if everything described will even ship because plans change in dev all the time. While arcade mode wasn't announced for SFV, extra battle mode was ages ago and we're starting near the tail end of S2 and it aint here yet.

Honestly I am excited for arcade mode, its all I played on the 3DS version since I suuuck at the game and I like the approach.

The rest of the stuff is just frivolous stuff that doesn't have much bearing on the game aside from checking off some bullet points that should've been checked off years ago.

I think if the v system is real then I can safely say ssfv is coming.

Are you from Reddit? That's one shitty first post considering it's never too late to add new content to a game that had over 500,000 viewers at EVO. Are the haters angry that SF5 continues to receive big content updates and that they're running out of things to complain about?

I can only hope they won't wait until Super Street Fighter V (or Anniversary Edition, whatever they're gonna call it) to start releasing the content, but since this is Capcom we're talking about, well...

Agreed, though before there's any kind of concrete details on what this will do(assuming this is actually coming at some point) it's hard to get excited.
