Showing some night time scenes was a good idea after some ppl lost their minds based on the other trailer.

Ok so based on this they are mashing together classic Venom with Ultimate or Animated version? Suit created, bonds with Spider-man, Spider-man shakes the suit off after going dark, Harry plays the role of Eddie Brock and bonds with the suit = Classic Venom.
Very surprised if it's something else.
Very excited. While people are counting pixels, shadows and arguing over the merits of the game, I'll be swinging around New York and saving the world. All with a big smile on my face.

The game still looks underwhelming graphically.
Things to add to make it a standout:
- Fix the damn textures on Venom. He looks like his textures are still loading in.
- Make Venom's suit moving at all times, like a living breathing organism. Like Vecna in Stranger Things 4. Notice his neck moving:
- Brighter specular highlights at night.
- More details in the characters models and clothing.
- More detailed foliage in the jungle scenes.
- Way more particle/slimey/gooey effects during gameplay while playing as Parker in the Venom suit thing.

Spiderman and his sidekick are friendly neighborhood NYC heroes. Everything is neat and cool
Things are thrown off when harry comes out of the fray and oh no! He is sick. Kraven comes to New York and a mysterious black goo crashes on earth. Things are heating up
Black goo infects Spider-Man and he turns into a giant meanie, they must find dr conners to use his high IQ and exposure to Normans lab symbiote to get it off and tell our heroes what it is and what it does
Paths collide when Kraven wants to hunt the lizard however. Spiderman and sidekick battle kraven and his goons and Harrys condition worsens and worsens, eventually the lizard roars during an after boss battle cutscene and they discover the black goo is weak to sound. They also defeat Kraven
But a concerned MJ dispatches sidekick to slap some sense into Spiderman and get that black suit off, using cheesy emotional appeal, and harmonics courtesy of dr Connors, he succeeds
Spiderman is forlorn about being a giant dick to his buddies and girlfriend but all seems well. Except oh shit harry is knocking on deaths door. Our heroes have been so sidetracked with kraven and the black suit they've neglected him.
Norman infects harry with his lab symbiote to save his life. But oh shit he becomes Venom
Our heroes must stop him. They do eventually. But not before *insert a regular supporting cast member here* unfortunately dies through venoms antics
Then the gamer watches the end credits

I have no hype whatsoever with Spiderman 2. The first reveal trailer got me excited but the subsequent trailers/showcases did nothing much for me unfortunately. But then again, I wasn't hyped for the first Spiderman game either. I'm sure its going to be another great Spiderman game from Insomniac, like Spiderman/Miles Morales were.

Go back and watch Miles Morales trailer. What's improved here? The hair maybe? If they are roughly the same visuals then he is correct and your post makes you look like you're lying to yourself.
Do you agree that Spiderman 2 on PS5 should be superior to cross gen MM? If so im not sure what you find so funny? I'm open to being proven wrong if someone can point out the obvious improvements over MM ...

The lights switching from left to right in the bottom pic bothered me a bit for some reason (jist below his left ear as camera pans). Not huge deal, but that gift highlighted it perfectly.

The city, the previous ones it was kind of bland, just same looking building after same looking building and a few construction sites copy/pasted about. It’s definitely taken a massive step up from what we’ve seen.
