The A40 TRs are a shit headset imo, I like the mixamp but damn that headset... Overpriced for the sound. So dull. you do NOT need PS+ for single player, only for multi player where it is expected.
It is in the fine print of the package, but was also confirmed a few days ago by the devs.

Surprisingly a lot of people even non-fanboys are running with the narrative that PS5 CPU/GPU uses "overclocking" and will struggle to sustain full clocks, I've seen it so many on other forums as well as Twitter/Reddit. Of course it doesn't pop as much on this thread because the passionate people are so quick to shoot it down. Exactly. There are loading segments when entering or leaving quite a few buildings in the original PS4 version of the game. Wouldn't be that big of a difference if the PS4 versions do that while PS5 versions are seamless.

Everyone (we all know which people) was laughing about Sony and their SSD, but I really think it is going to change games completely going forward, it is not just about next to zero load times, but just the amount of fidelity in the games coming out is just simply amazing! I know game fidelity was one of Mark Cerny's big goals with the PS4, but with the PS5 and that SSD and compression engine it is just going to blow everything out of the water!

The video you linked (at around 7 minutes) literally shows frame rate mode nearly pegged at 60, they even mention that tearing and frame drops happen only "very occasional tearing". The frame counter isn't going wild there.
