Bionic, gonna get your wish, word is Hines is out for Sunday and Sanders will take his place.
Yes! Without Hines and with the line doing their job we are a top 5 offense.

I'm actually kind of offended.
Once Shady and Bellicheat are gone the Ravens will go back to number one.

That shit was all garbage time. Just got back from school. I no longer have any Idea what the fuck Belichick is doing with this defense. They need someone to tell him when to stop. This shit is ridiculous. None of his ideas or anything he has implemented has worked in a few years.

Yep. Kraft should force him to at least hire a fucking DC.

Pats could probably afford to use every single draft pick on Defense next year. Maybe a true No. 1 WR, but I'd rather have Brady work with what he has if it meant a decent defense.

Hey Rors considering how putrid your qb situation is do you ever regret that the Raiders didn't spend the 1st round pick the Steelers were allegedly looking for with Ben (this was inspired by Bill Simmons column today which reminded me of that dark time)?

I don't think the Steelers were actually serious about trading him, but it is interesting to wonder about because he is the only recent elite qb to be considered for trade.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
Hate list:

1) Bears
2) Bears
3) Bears
4) Patriots
5) Jets

Also, the moment I saw Chris Harris was cut from Chicago I knew Detroit would pick him up. At the very least, they'll use him for information about the Bears' defensive schemes.

How the hell do you not hate the Packers?

I grew up in northern Michigan, which is half Packers fans. I also find their fans enjoyable to converse with and, for the most part, they aren't complete douches.

DC/Baltimore rivalry. Are you from DC? If you are, you should know.

I spent 15 years there, basically, the entire existence of the Ravens franchise. And I can tell you as a hardcore Skins fan, none of us really gave a shit about the Ravens. *shrug*

Maybe if they were in the NFC. Or if we had played a SuperBowl against each other. But with only one matchup every 4 years outside of the preseason scrimmages, eh.

Henceforth I dub you Fairweather Freddy.

I will do my best to get us to no.2 by Monday!

"I don't hate them" does not mean "I like them." Take that fairweather crap out of here.

I'm just neutral toward them.

4)Giants/Jets

How does anyone hate the Seahawks? We've had like 6 good seasons ever!

Are you that one Bears fan who grew up in a Packers family (or your dad's a Packers fan or something) and thus you said you had a soft spot for them?

Huh? Packers? Lions?

I don't hate the Packers because most of my family are Packers fans.

Yeah that's me.

How can you hate the Lions?

If I had a #4 that would probably be the Vikings.

Until the Steelers beat the Patriots to go to the SB they shall remain at 3.
I wish it could happen. But the Steelers are going to be the 1 seed and the Pats are going to be the 2 seed and unfortunately the 1 seed cannot play the 2 seed unless they win one game in the playoffs.

Can we get to no.2 if we beat the Ravens after they win again in Foxboro

Aren't you a Bears fan too?

WTF is up with these Bears fans and not listing division rivals?

Their drafts are so unpredictable. The only thing I know for certain is that they are trading one of their first round picks. They need players in practically every position except for DT on defense. Like I have been saying if the defense doesn't improve this season, or next season it's time to start looking for a new HC.

I used to despise the Packers. And the Brent left. And Charles Woodson joined them. My hate has subsided.

I was about to ask the same. That's a lot of NFC East hate in that list. Closet Skins fan. :jnc

I was actually truly thinking of saying something like.

1. Pats
2. NFC East
3. Colts

With all this non-hatred of divisional rivals it is getting mighty difficult to tell who is a fan of which team. We should compile a new list. Or else point me to where I might find one.

Any particular reason the hate is so strong over your own divisional rivals?

My general disdain for the NFC east derives from some fans I knew quite well of the various teams (Cowboys and Eagles, specifically) and all the attention it gets all the time by seemingly every media outlet no matter the state of the teams.

Don't get me wrong, in other sports, I hate division rivals more than anything (like the Cards, for example, go Rangers).

The Steelers and the Ravens are the only two teams that really upset me. I don't know why. Ray Lewis and Ben Roethlisberger seems like such douches. Particularly Ben's face.

Looks like something straight out of a Dreamworks movie.

Ah. Giants/Bears is an old school rivalry. The teams had some epic clashes in the 80's that I remember vividly.

1985:

So disappointed after that. Of course we got our revenge finally in 1991. Belichick broke out the four man front in that game instead of the traditional 3-4 the Giants ran land left the Bears totally confused. LOVED that game:)

Smells faintly of rancid stilton.

How can any Saint's fan like Vikings,49ers,Cowboys, or Eagles. My Bears hate mainly come from 2006 comments of fans during the NFC Championship. No team will ever beat out the Falcons though.

yankeehater said:
I was saying that shit before the season started. They are going 19-0, no doubt about it. Unless they rest starters.
A defense ranked 23rd in points allowed and 27th in total yardage per game says otherwise. Don't act like a few of those first 7 wins weren't close ones. Though I agree with you somewhat, all it takes is one trap game

And pretty much this, though I'm not overtly hostile

Pretty interesting to see the Pats release another fucking corner with an already weak secondary. Very strange to be converting Wilfork to a DB so early in the season...

I wasn't referring to us Saints fans. We all hate generally the same teams. I was referring to the strange fans who actually tolerate their divisional rivals. Unthinkable.

The fatty, the coward, and the scam. I won't deny the schadenfreude at the bucs getting blown up in london (though it had to be to the burrrrs)

I enjoyed the Saints/Bears game so much. Almost made up for the 2006-7 NFCCG. almost.
OK it fucking didn't, but it felt good anyway.

We're really doing hatelists now ?

1. Jets
2. Colts : If they really manage to fuck up so hard without Sayton and land luck, they will remain here for quite some while.
3. Bills/Dolphins/Ravens/Steelers
