Lulz thats it? A reciever pushed off? Antobio brown did this plenty. Steelers are garbo, you let fucking joe flacco go 92 yards in 2:30 on you lolololololol

Says the guy whose team let a broken Romo and an unknown receiver do it to them.

Everyone at the Chicago Tribune is picking the Eagles tonight. Not sure if that's good or bad. Like I said earlier in the week, either the bears win or we get blown out tonight, there's not in between on road games.

I'm ready for the Saints game. Our defense has improved dramatically over the past couple of games (Spoon and Peters are the most improved) and Mularkey finally realized we still have an offensive line built to run first and play action pass off that.

Sproles looked scary running all over the Bucs, but I'm ready too, I think this game is very winnable, and afterwards we'll be on top of the NFC South.
I'm content with the way our defense has improved as well, they looked so fucking bad in the earlier games. I know we played the Colts yesterday, but Weatherspoon looked monstrous out there.

And since we lost to Chicago....
Go Eggles, I suppose.

This week. When do the packers play a good team?

Oh sweet, that will be an awesome game.

Um, week 14? Whenever we get a crack at the Giants, who are suddenly king makers.

So what's your point? You believe he should be fired from the head coaching position?
Ugh. Come on Sanjuro.

I don't think he should be fired from the coaching position. I'm doing what's called trolling.

Now that you mention it though, he should step down as GM. It's obviously too much for him.

Belichicks drafting hasn't been that good but drafting Gronk and Hernandez in the same draft was one of the best moves of last years draft.

Something something broken clock.

Me too. I'd like to see Jacquizz continue to get more game time. Sam Baker will continue to be out which is a good thing.

I do. "I'm gonna throw a screen". That's it. Ben wasn't even looking when he threw. Suggs jumped the route and Ben didn't even know he was there. Interception. Sometimes a great play is a great play.

It was a great catch and a horrible decision by Ben. You don't throw a determined route without taking your surroundings into account. Suggs was literally in Ben's vision when he made that pass.

The trolling is getting old. Pot shots are fine, but the entire thread doing it is just getting annoying. Has been for some time now.

I believe he should shorten some of his responsibilities. That just isn't the way football works. Once Polian left and the Mangini/McDaniels debacles, there just isn't that one person to bring in and say "that's the guy". It's a whole grooming process which he has been doing. The fact is even though some of the defensive responsibilities have been spread out, the talent just is too young and not spectacular.

No one could have seen Flacco shitting on our defense for 4 quarters. We have seen him play well for 3 quarters but never in the 4th when it really mattered.

Sometimes the other team is just better. Sometimes evil wins.

Speaking of evil winning. BaltimoreLarry you can PM my avatar when it is ready. :(

I definitely did not see Flacco doing what he did in the fourth, and out of respect, I changed my avatar. I still hate him though.

Let's be honest, only Pittsburgh fans don't realize they are the bad guys, the heels of the NFL.

I'm working on something for you avatar, and it's going to be Ball Hard University related.

Patriots should see if they can get Cassel and McDaniels back.

I have no idea who to root against tonight. I guess I'm just hoping to laugh at Cutler a lot.
Last thing the NFL needs is for the Eagles to realize how good they could be and start playing like it. I'm rooting for the Bears.

beast786 said:
How can you not against the bears. The packers fan here are so soft.

The Eagles are a better team than the Bears. The Bears are a hilarious, adorable gnat. Sometimes they can be a minor nuisance but it's always fun to slap the shit out of them when they start to get too annoying. I would kind of like them to be fighting for a playoff spot come Christmas so that the Packers can end their season twice in a row. It was just so magical last year.

McDaniels has been gone for 3 seasons. Pioli longer. How long does it take to groom a successor? He's a control freak. Control freaks don't know when to quit.

As for the trolling, Cry more. We can't go a page without Ben rapist jokes, its par for the course.

I liked Cassel more than anyone.

McDaniels was one of the most amusing things I have seen, almost feel a bit bad to Broncos fans. They destroyed us for too long for me to feel too bad. It's understandable while Belichick was upset.

Don't worry even if they realize their good, Andy Reid will find someway to lose that advantage. There's literally nothing to worry about.

You can't just groom anyone and hand the reigns over to them. Belichick has been coaching since the 70s. Again, he saw the stupidity of the Broncos and Jets grabbing some of his pawns before they made it to the other side of the board. I don't think he is going to let the same thing happen every couple of seasons.

As far as trolling goes, what does that have to do with anything? You can't handle Ben jokes so you become a joke poster?

That's nice. Doesn't change what I said. GM and coach is too much for him; he should give up the GM spot. Will he? I sincerely doubt it. Kraft certainly won't do anything about it until they have 3 or more losing seasons in a row.

I wasn't the one crying for clemency with the trolling. I'll leave the policing of the thread to the Packers fans, thanks.

You should be worrying about Elite Manning instead of in here pretending you're not jealous of the greatest franchise in the world!!

They're lucky Brady's still playing well, otherwise Belichick's lackluster personnel management wouldn't be such an afterthought. Wonder how many scouts were pilfered when Pioli and Dimitroff took off, was thinking about it during the week. At least they've done well on one side of the ball, for the most part.
Since I bash him so much, I'll give Francesser credit for saying exactly that on Sunday morning before the game. The Pats have stockpiled picks since forever.

Pioli was with the Pats from 2002-2008, can't say they were really that good towards the tail end of his tenure.

I just looked at the Packers schedule. Before I knew the Saints and Brees were absolutely horrible I thought that was a great win for the Pack, but now we know better. It sounds crazy but your win against the Bears was the best one you have had so far. AP and the Vikings could be a tough matchup for you guys, but they have no qb to keep your defense honest.

And you laugh at the Giants but they are probably the best team you are going to play all year (and I am not even sure the Giants are that good). Giants and @ Detroit seem to be the two best bets for a loss other than wrapping up home field around Thanksgiving and the team now knowing what the fuck to do after that. I personally think the Giants are better than Detroit (and a worse matchup for the Packers), but who knows if either will prevail.

Sometimes I really hate football. I had resigned myself prior to the season to the Steelers sucking and rebuilding, but they beat the Pats and got me overly excited. Then of course the parolees from Baltimore dashed those hopes last night and reminded me of all of our flaws.

OK good so I'm not the only one that sees it as crazy to not root for the Bears. The Eagles are a much stronger threat to all of us. Let's put them out of their misery early.

Well we still got Gostkowski and Mayo out of those years.

The each of the prior years there were some solid players drafted. I really wish Givens could have recovered from his injuries.

How the hell should I know? Find someone.

Cowher managed to have Donahoe exiled and installed Colbert, and our drafts have been amazing since. So don't give me some shit about it can't be done.

He actually ate Ben Ellis.

Ugh i hate this backlash to beating the Pats. The Giants arent actually all that good but are now getting this garbo talk. Every team has their warts, but wait until Alex Smith gives the Giants D a run for their money next week. Rodgers is going to eat our lunch.

So you don't have a valid solution...at all? Hell, even bionic is willing to take the job.

I did say that I am not sure if you guys are good. Other than the Colts losing on purpose it is hard to get a read on this season.

But look at their schedule. Other than Lions/Giants/wrapping up homefield I don't see any team capable of beating them.

Here is a feeble attempt!

This is so depressing. I really thought/wished Giants would lose so with a win tonight the Eagles could pull within a game. Still waiting for the 2nd half collapse by the Giants.

And now watch the Eagles lose tonight too which will end our season.

Five road wins is impressive in any year if you ask me. Going to San Diego and to Atlanta were big wins. To me, those were the most impressive wins. If Atlanta had a decent quarterback they could be a pretty special team.

I thought the Packers would go 12-4, losing at San Diego, New York ans splitting with the Bears and Lions. They're already ahead of that pace so I'm impressed anyway!

Honestly though, they go 3-5 over the remaining season and they still win the division. That would be hi-larious.

Stupid Atlanta fans, they're the reason MY game wasn't shown yesterday.
Emailed the programming guy for the Fox affiliate and he said they had a lot of viewers wanting to see the Falcons. Because of proximity or something.
He also agreed with me that the Falcons game would be boring.
IT'S ALL THEIR FAULT WE LOST!

The Eagles are so funny.

I will laugh all night if Forte runs for 200 yards while McCoy just pass protects all night and the Eagles pass 40+ times. Reid is going to have to leave the city if that happens...
