NFL.com's Mike Silver reports Raiders coach Dennis Allen is "very much on the hot seat" with two games left in the season.
Citing a source familiar with owner Mark Davis' thinking, Silver reports the Raiders' Weeks 16-17 performance will be "crucial" in determining Allen's future with the club. If the Raiders' players "get embarrassed" or show any signs of regression, "Allen will likely be fired." Per Silver, GM Reggie McKenzie looks safe for now despite a mixed bag of acquisitions -- to be kind -- through two seasons on the job. Allen's record in two years as Raiders coach is 8-22. For Allen's part, we believe Oakland has played better for most of 2013 than its talent in place. McKenzie needs to upgrade the Raiders' roster, and soon.

Joe Six-Pack: posting for the common man
why does Tirico have such a hard on about the hit to Flaccos knee? Shit happens, guys are pushed, pulled, diving at the QB, there's really no way to avoid the knees of a QB.

Also, it didn't even look like that hard of a hit compared to some we've seen. I'm not entirely sure he hit the knee, looked more like below it.

This seems like one of those games where Detroit's going to get a touchdown, not make the 2pt conversion and Baltimore's going to make the winning field goal of a DPI.
