Are the Niners really lokking at fucking REX RYAN AND JOSH MCDANIELS as head coaching options? Wow. Wooooooow.

I really had no idea that Jed York is just the West Coast doppelganger of Dan Snyder. I mean, seriously, how the hell do you move on from a successful coach on a slump season, just so you can welcome mediocrity into your front office? Holy shit....

Rex Ryan is an excellent fit for them.

Mcdaniels needs a second chance, but I don't think that's a good fit.

What's the problem? They've won as many Super Bowls as Harbaugh.

Plenty of teams limp into the playoffs only to catch fire and win the Superb Owl. It happens every few years even. Manning could certainly do it. Or hell even the Denver D if they played a bit better. It's why making the playoffs means so damn much.

I know how you Pats fans work. It's always these false sympathies. Let's just cut the mustard and call a Dell a shitty computer.

The only way the Broncos win anything is with a wildcard 12-4 run like Harry pointed out. Mathematically that is impossible. Like I told Tabris, I'm carving the head stone right now.

What is a wildcard run like? It sounds exciting. Do they really play football that week before the bye?

But why does any of this need to happen, though? I think of Tom Coughlin, who has had a number of mediocre stretches of football in between Super Bowl wins. Hell, even now, nobody is thinking about replacing him. Hell, Rex Ryan has only been to AFC Championship game twice with Mark Sanchez, and lost both, and he hasn't even been to the playoffs since. But only now is he likely to be fired. Harbaugh, though? He's been gold ever since he came into the NFL, and after one slump season, he's getting the boot?

It's ridiculous.

Prickly ownership group, asshole head coach, personalty clash. Harbringer might have seen that the team's best days were behind it and might have caused some additional friction.

Same thing happened to Bill Parcells every few seasons as well.

Shaq is right on the money with this tho. Gold Bond works.

Much like you understand the struggles of never winning a Superbowl, you will soon enough understand the struggles of not making the playoffs. Everyone's time comes.

He had been negotiating with Michigan for weeks if not longer. Stop pretending like he isn't the one forcing this.

Even so, if the Niners ownership were serious about winning football, they would find a way to keep Harbaugh.

Good coaches don't grow on trees. You can't just take one coach out, and replace him with another like he's a soldier in a million-man army.

However, they're just gonna let their HC get poached for whatever bullshit reasons they have. Yeah, Harbaugh might be just looking for an out at this point, but it doesn't feel that way. This feels like an ownership trying to one-up Jerry Jones.

What does jerry Jones have to do with anything? I honestly think harbs wants out and has wanted out. He rejected previous extension offers. He has no final say over personnel and I have to wonder if he either was given benefit on picbs like LMJ, AJ jenkins, vance Mcdonald and all the rest of the god awful offensive picks during his time coaching or if he is frustrated baalke made those picks when harbs knew better.

No reason to keep him around if he wants out

He's not the god like coach you are making him out to be. Like eznark said harbaugh is already trying to leave. Let's say sf forces him to stay somehow. Why would any of the players even listen to a guy they know doesn't even want to be there?

I think Brady will see at least three quarters before relinquishing the reins to Jimmy. Sitting an entire game and then having a bye is asking for rust to creep in. Ask Peyton Manning or Rodgers circa 2011

Osweiler v. Garoppolo is gonna be a helluva rivalry.

It will be like an ass kicking contest with two men who each have one leg.

It's like that yard fight from Step Brothers.

It's like a Pentium III Dell going up against a Centrino Gateway trying to run Crysis 4.

It's like listening to Alanis Morissette outside of Canada.

Point is nobody wins!

He'll play a few packages, but that's it. There's no way they are going to risk him getting hurt in a game that means nothing.

I'm disappointed in you today Godslay.

You've gone from level headed to extreme cynicism. I don't think it's reverse jinxing either.

You were our rock, man!

Don't worry dear Tabris. 12-4, Week 16 losses, and choking QBs are my forte. Tough road ahead, but at least we dodged that 13-3 bullet. That would have been the killer.

Those three item unlocked the badge of fraudulence for the Broncos. That's what's important this time of year.

Just odd that you would pop in talk some shit and disappear when the Broncos win, and hang around when they lose. I don't give a fuck when you post to be quite honest. If you are going to talk shit, stick around when they win and take your lumps like a man. I wouldn't expect you to do that though, so it doesn't surprise me why you are gloating right now.

Yeah man you sure showed me. Guess I'm just not as big of a man as you with all your little macho bullshit rules and regulations.

What in the fuck happened to Peyton?

Both of my favorite QBs ate shit this week. :(

Anyway, let's go STEELERS!!! We are fucked come January, but if we're gonna get fucked, I'd prefer it to be home.

What's your endgame here? You think I'm petty overtly macho asshole who is monitoring your life across the Internet. I think you're a self indulgent fucking pussy who only times his post when it loops back to feed his ego. Guess we'll just have to live with it because I'm going to bed.

If that gets me the banhammer then so be it.
