My phone dies at work earlier so I just now got to look at it. Nice I like but just curious are you not putting number in the names in as you feel it's unnecessary. Just wondering cause I don't have the 28 next to my name.

Although I'm somewhat a fan of Stephen A. Smith his love for Aaron Rodger and Roger Goodell has always annoyed me to no end so I just want to hear what he says tomorrow on First Take.

No I am. I was just writing a portion of it without internet on the road. My memory isn't as good as it used to be!

I've updated it though.

Former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III will conduct an independent investigation Ray Rice incident, Commissioner Roger Goodell announced.

Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter
Mueller’s investigation will be overseen by NFL owners John Mara of Giants and Art Rooney of Steelers, and final report will be made public.

Alternately, I will be launching a private investigation into Rooney Mara.

In a way this ahows Goodells confidence that either 1. He wont get caught with a paper trail or 2. He really didnt know and has nothing to hide.

i still think hes a shitty commissioner regardless but he wouldnt agree to this if he was hiding something obvious to find.

Pretty sure the Hall of Shame should be filled with Gata posts and one 'you people'

Yeah, we'll have to come up with something to use the Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame. I didn't know what metric to use to put users in there. I figured Gaborn and Hito where a shoe in for obvious reasons. I also thought Chan was HoF worthy because he was a funny bastard who was permed. Other than that I don't know. Same for the Hall of Shame. I was going to put Lunchbox and Ari in there.

I thought the shitposts will be a place where whoever could just link to a shitty post and I'd add it. Similar to the twitter one.

I probably won't touch it again until next week as I'll be in Denver this weekend.

Chiefs fan unfortunately

Added you and ZootedGranny. There is also the guy with the little devil avatar but I can't remember his name.

Blew as in lost the game.

No. Blew as in gave up the lead. First 3 won. Last 3 lost.

Steelers by far blew the largest lead though. Went up 27-3 in the first half, gave up 24 unanswered in the second before that last second field goal..

Bills won.

lolz

Since 1990, only 13.75 percent of 0-2 teams have gone on to make the playoffs

Good season, Packers.

Andre Johnson remembers it well. During his early years with the Texans, Johnson would walk out of the team’s locker room and there would sit Derek Carr. He’d go out to practice and there was Carr, slinging the ball on the sidelines.

Back then, Johnson was a good receiver but the Hall-of-Fame talk was still years away. And Carr wasn’t even a high school quarterback; he was just the middle school brother of Texans’ quarterback David Carr.

“I remember him coming to my junior high games, now we’re going to be playing against each other,” Carr said on a conference call with Houston media on Wednesday. “It’ll be awesome. It’ll be cool.”

“Oh my goodness. He was always so kind to me,” Carr said. “I was always bugging him, telling him I was going to go to Miami and all those things. I guess his school didn’t want me though. I don’t know. They didn’t want me so I couldn’t go there. Nah, I’m just kidding. I remember just him always taking the time to see how my season was going or, like I said, he went to some of my games, which was pretty cool. Not a lot of kids have a Hall-of-Fame receiver come to their football games so it was pretty neat.”

Cool.
but fuck David Carr seriously

Ah ok. Technically the Broncos and Panthers "blew" leads even though they led wire to wire.

All these players whining about past fines on twiiter is just ridiculous. The biggest culprit is James Harrison, who just so happened to also beat his girlfriend. He needs to shut the fuck up and ESPN needs to not read his bullshit on Sportscenter.

Last time NFL called for independent investigation, Ted Wells 1st met with Jonathan Martin on Nov. 15. Report wasn't released until Feb. 14.

Watch Rog do everything in his power to push the report of results from this investigation coming out to after the season.

And I hope he does. He can't punish Ray Rice any more. Season is underway. Let this mess play out during the off season even if he is to be removed.

It's all good. I should just stop streaming until I have something to show off :p

10 turnovers in that game!! I wont even go into the ending!

how do you have the ball ten times in madden? i get it 5 times at most. i don't turn it over more than once a game tho.

What exactly are they investigating? To possibly give ray rice and double indefinite suspension and confiscate his past earnings as well? What else is there to uncover about the incident?

They're investigating when the league obtained and viewed the video. Goodell and the league swear up and down Monday was the first time, but an audio clip the Associated Press just obtained proves that members of the league had it much earlier (woman was heard saying something like "this is terrible" on the clip).

So you're telling me the NFL hired people to investigate the NFL?

I wonder how that's going to turn out.....
